Des Butcher - Otherwise known as = Bollox butcher or Baldy, Ugly bugger Des is an embarrassment to us all - Most anglers scare the fish by being on the skyline but Des is just so bleedin ugly they only have to see his face and that's it - there off. During the Seventies Des sported a Jason King style moustache and there were lot's of " bivvy buddy " rumours, of course there was absolutely no truth in this but we have noticed he prefers wearing wellingtons 3 sizes to big and the sheep are unnaturally nervous when he's around.
Des is in fact a lovely guy and has provided the group not only with its own water but he even made us laugh, once.
